What counts as a sale?

A client you referred signs and pays for a HERMEiAS engagement. We confirm the referral with you before the deal closes, so there is never a question about who brought it in.

How does levelling up work?

Your level is set by your total closed sales: 1 sale for 5%, 10 sales for 10%, 20 sales for 15% and 30 sales for 20%. Once you reach a threshold, the new rate applies to every deal after it. Levels never go down.

What is an official redistributor?

Agents who reach 30 closed sales earn 20% on every deal and represent HERMEiAS as an official redistributor, with priority access to our team for scoping and presales.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There are no fees, no minimums and no quotas.

How do I get paid?

We agree a payout method with you once you are approved. Commission is paid after the client's payment clears.
